You can manage all tasks easily with single admin panel dashboard.
When you sign up for a 14-day trial, you can try out Zalonix for free. After the 14-day period has passed, you will be charged unless you decide to cancel your plan.
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
Our system provides 2 payment options for you. You can select an alternative payment method that suits your business need.

1) Service Paid Locally
To select this option, system will not require your customers to fill out their credit card information during online booking process.

2) Credit Card Payment (Operated by Stripe)
This option will be active after you activate your Stripe account. To go through online booking process, your customers must provide their credit card details upfront. Stripe will help you manage no-show fee via credit card.

However, your customers will have to pay for your services directly to you at your business location. We will not handle any service payment from your customers.
Our booking system has 3 types of dashboard.

1) Administrator Dashboard
Once signing up, you will be able to access the Administrator Dashboard. Administrator Dashboard is your business workstation. You can manage your business, control staffs & services and work on customer dashboard.

2) Staff Dashboard
On Staff Dashboard, staffs are allowed to manage customer’s appointments by working on the booking calendar. They can view calendar, change or cancel appointments, add new customers, create new appointments.

3) Customer Dashboard
For Customer Dashboard, customers are able to view calendar and reschedule or cancel their appointments.
Booking URL will be created after you add your business location to Administrator Dashboard. You can share the URL to your website or social media fan page in order to direct customers to your service scheduling page.
Location means your business address or place. Our system supports across all of your working locations. If you have a business with multiple locations, you can easily set them up on our system.
Customers can leave feedback about the services your business provided so you can get a better understanding of what your customers really think about it, which can improve your service quality and customer retention rate. Moreover, you can keep your customer review rating as private for your internal use or choose to make it public.
You can add notes or information about your customers to help you recognize them. Notes can be customers’ preferences, last service requirement, follow-ups or any detail that you think is important.
